Effective June 11, 2026 · FLETCHER (fletcher.cards)

The short version

FLETCHER is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, never see your private keys, and never ask for your email or identity to use the product. What we process is the minimum needed to run the service: public blockchain data, and — only if you opt in to the X bot — your X account's public identity. We do not sell data, run advertising trackers, or use analytics cookies.

What we process

  • Wallet addresses and on-chain activity. Connecting a wallet shares its public address. Rips, sells, listings, points and leaderboard entries are derived from public blockchain data and from the orders you place — this data is public by the nature of blockchains.
  • X account identity (opt-in). If you link your X account for the FLETCHER bot, we store your X numeric user id and @handle, mapped to your wallet address. The X sign-in happens on x.com — we never see your X password, and the access token is used once to confirm who you are, then discarded.
  • Public tweets that mention the bot. The bot reads mentions of @Fletcher_cards to detect pack requests. Tweet text may be processed by an AI service (Anthropic) solely to classify the request. These are public posts; we do not read private messages.
  • Support messages. If you file a support ticket, we keep the message and whatever contact detail you choose to include, for as long as needed to resolve the issue.
  • Functional cookies only. Two short-lived cookies exist solely for the X sign-in flow (an OAuth state cookie, ~10 minutes; a verified-identity cookie, ~15 minutes). There are no advertising, profiling, or analytics cookies.

What we never collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases — no FLETCHER surface ever asks for them.
  • Custodial balances — your USDC stays in your wallet until the moment a rip you requested executes.
  • Names, emails, or government identity for using the product.
  • Browsing trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party ad pixels.

How it's used

To run the product: executing the rips and sells you request, replying to your tweets with results, showing your linked @handle on the points leaderboard (you can hide it — see Controls), and enforcing anti-abuse limits such as per-user rate caps. Nothing else.

Who we share with

Service providers we use to operate: X (reading mentions and posting the bot's replies), Anthropic (classifying the text of public tweets directed at the bot), Collector Crypt (executing pack purchases and buybacks — at the wallet level, on-chain), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what its function requires. We do not sell or rent data to anyone.

Your controls

  • Unlink your X account at any time on the /link page — this deletes the handle-to-wallet mapping.
  • Hide your X tag from the public leaderboard with the toggle on the Points page.
  • Revoke the bot's spending allowance (set it to zero) on the /link page — tweet-rips stop instantly.

One honest caveat: blockchain records are public and permanent. We can delete the data we hold (like an X-to-wallet link), but no one can delete confirmed on-chain transactions.

Changes and contact
