Agreement and eligibility

Using FLETCHER — the site, the gacha, the marketplace, or the @Fletcher_cards X bot — means you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service where you live. If your local law restricts products like this, do not use it.

What FLETCHER is

FLETCHER is a non-custodial liquidity layer for Collector Crypt on Robinhood Chain. Packs are Collector Crypt gacha machines; cards are authentic graded slabs held in Collector Crypt's insured vault and tokenized one-to-one. FLETCHER routes your orders and mints a mirror NFT on Robinhood Chain — it charges no platform fee and no markup: you pay Collector Crypt's exact live price plus the network's own bridge cost (a few cents). Randomness and value

Gacha packs are randomized: which card you pull is determined by Collector Crypt's machines, not by FLETCHER, and the posted odds are Collector Crypt's. Insured values are the custodian's estimates, not a promise of resale price — collectible prices move, and a pull can be worth less than the pack cost. Open packs for the cards and the fun, with money you can afford to spend. Nothing here is financial advice.

The X bot

• A tweet is an instruction. Once you link your X account and set a USDC allowance, a tweet asking the bot for a pack authorizes it to pull that pack's live price from your wallet and execute the rip. Replying SELL to a result authorizes the instant buyback at the live quote, paid to your linked wallet.
• Your allowance is your limit. The bot's contract cannot spend past the allowance you set, and you can change or revoke it at any time on the /link page. Choose a cap you are comfortable with.
• Secure your X account. Anyone who controls your linked X account can request rips with your allowance (proceeds and cards always go to your own wallet, never theirs). Use strong authentication on X, and unlink or revoke if you lose control of the account.
• Best-effort delivery. The bot depends on X's platform; replies can be delayed or occasionally fail to post even when your rip succeeds. Your cards and funds are never affected by a missing tweet — your inventory on the site is the source of truth.

Instant buyback and listings

Collector Crypt's instant buyback (85% of insured value) is available for 72 hours after a rip; after that, the exit is a marketplace listing at your price. Buyback quotes are live and can change between the offer shown and your confirmation — the amount paid is always the quote at execution time.

Points

FLETCHER POINTS are a loyalty score with no cash value — they cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and they are not a deposit, security, or investment. Botted, exploitative, or self-dealing activity can be disqualified from the leaderboard, and the points rules may change before any snapshot.

Acceptable use

Do not use FLETCHER to break the law, launder funds, evade sanctions, exploit bugs, or interfere with the service or other users. We may decline service, rate-limit, or disqualify accounts that abuse the platform — this never touches assets you already hold in your own wallet.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. FLETCHER depends on third parties it does not control — Collector Crypt's machines, marketplace and vault, the X platform, the Across bridge, and public blockchain networks — and an outage or change on their side can delay or interrupt features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLETCHER' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; review every order before you sign it.

Independence and governing law

FLETCHER is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood or any of its subsidiaries. References to any chain or brand are descriptive only. Official notices may be sent to team@fletcher.cards. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
